30 Things to do before I turn 30!

A while ago I started making up a list of things I'd like to do before I turned Thirty, I don't know exactly when I started putting this together, but it was around when I turned 27. I figured I'd make sure that most of the stuff was pretty reasonable, like moving out and things like that. But I also put on some more amazing things, something to work for or to push my boundries. The hardest part I've had though wasn't doing the things on my list, but it was finishing the list! I looked online for ideas or insperation, but a lot of the lists I found were either things I really didn't have much interest in doing (backpacking accross europe, yep I am the only  twenty somthing that has no desire to do this...) or on the other had it would be something great, but I'd already done it! (Like climb up a waterfall, Dunn River Falls bisnatch!) But finally, finally , I finished the list... and I feel comfortable sharing that list on here so that I may document the it

One day.... one day....

The Santa Claus Parade

Image
Last weekend Josh and I headed down town to see the Santa Claus Parade, it was such a great time and it totally kick-started my Christmas spirit this year!  Elmer!!!! "Hey Everyone! That's my daughter who just got Engaged!!!!" That one bobby on the left kinda scares the crap out of me.  I have no idea why these guys were even in the parade, seriously I think they just walked in and no one noticed.  It took me an embarrassingly long time for me to figure out how they did this as a child And the Man Himself.... Bon Echo

Image
I was going through my photo archives and found this. I can't believe I haven't posted it by now! We were camping at Bon Echo, and our canoe was too close to the cliff side. As I was taking pictures of some starlings, above us some rock climbers were beginning their decent. They must have knocked something loose because all of a sudden, an enormous wedge of stone fell from the top of the cliff! It would have hit us, smashing our canoe to bits and killing Dad and I instantly, Thankfully Dad caught it in time and saved the day! I managed to snap this picture just before he threw the rock at the pterodactyl that was about to prey upon the baby starlings. And then we all had pie. My Hero
